Gavin has over 30 years of experience in development and project management. Prior to establishing DVLP4, he was the General Manager of Development for Doma Group. Gavin and his team established and developed its large residential development pipeline and was instrumental in Doma’s expansion in Canberra, Newcastle and other regional markets.

Gavin is highly respected among many of the leading national architecture practices. He brings a wealth of experience developing new precincts that deliver genuine urban renewal, improve overall placemaking, amenity and community activation.

Gavin is committed to fostering and managing key stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, throughout each phase of any development.

He can effectively unlock the development potential for sites while managing stakeholders from various architects and consultants across diverse locations, climates and landscape settings. His extensive knowledge covers a broad base, from site identification, acquisition, planning and procurement to design management, sales and marketing, feasibility analysis and project delivery.

Other industry experience includes work with Laing O’Rourke, Lend Lease and Fletcher Constructions.
